* With long-standing partner Clarity Travel, announced the creation of the One Global corporate travel community, "a joint venture to put local expertise at the heart of a global travel solution."

* Announced a virtual pay solution to expedite hotel check-ins for corporate travelers. The WorldVirtualCard, branded WorldVC, enables businesses to reserve hotels and automatically send the virtual card to the traveler's mobile wallet for check-in and payment. It eliminates the cost and complexity of manual, fax-based processes and the need to reimburse employees who might otherwise use their personal cards.

* Returned its spring and fall symposia from virtual to in-person events.

* Introduced Sourcing Made Simple, a platform which provides a streamlined way to request, negotiate and contract for group hotel space throughout the world.

* The business development team achieved 234% of its goal for new sales.

Looking ahead

* Since it elected to not lay off or furlough any associates during the pandemic, the company is confident it is delivering experienced and talented service to customers.
