Uniworld Boutique River Cruises was founded in 1976 by Serbian entrepreneur Serba Ilich. Purchased by the Travel Corp. in 2004, it now has fleet of 18 luxury vessels in Europe, Asia and Egypt. Next year, it will launch three ships to replace older vessels on the Nile, Douro and Mekong. It will also relaunch an overhauled River Empress as its seventh Super Ship, the S.S. Venezia.
