This month we've premiered a video op-ed column by writer and speaker Doug Lansky under the banner "ReThinking Tourism," and the title pretty much says it all - Doug's taking a fresh and humorous look at travel to see how we can rethink tourism and improve the experience, both for the industry and for visitors themselves.

His debut column is titled "The Biggest Problem with Tourism," and Lansky and host Rebecca Tobin tackle it on this episode. Is tourism well marketed but not well managed? And we introduce a new phrase: "unbalanced tourism" instead of overtourism. If tourism is out of balance, how can we adjust it to make locals and visitors happy?
