Honolulu-based Outrigger, which was acquired by private-equity group KSL Capital Partners in 2016, owns and/or manages approximately 38 hotels, resorts and vacation condos in Hawaii, Fiji, Thailand, Guam, Mauritius and the Maldives. Early this year, the company announced a $200 million modernization master plan for its collection of Waikiki properties, set to roll out over the next two to three years. Outrigger's Waikiki portfolio includes the Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger, which completed a $35 million renovation this past spring.
