Stemming from the Hard Rock Cafe restaurant concept that was founded in London in 1971, Hard Rock Hotels oversees close to 30 properties worldwide, including properties in Davos, Switzerland; Bali; and Daytona Beach, Fla. Among the brand's most recently announced properties is the Hard Rock Hotel Madrid, set to open next year. In addition, all-inclusive resorts bearing the Hard Rock name operate in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Scheduled to open next year is the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, a 639-room newbuild.
