Fairmont manages more than 75 properties worldwide, including the iconic Plaza in New York and the Savoy in London as well as the Fairmont San Francisco, Fairmont Banff Springs in Alberta and Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai. In 2016, Fairmont was acquired by AccorHotels and announced plans for the Fairmont Taghazout Bay in Morocco and Fairmont Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia, both scheduled to open before 2020.
