Facilities vary, but most locations have a swimming pool and whirlpool and offer a complimentary Early Eats breakfast that features hot breakfast sandwiches, as well as 24-hour coffee and tea. Snacks and beverages are available through vending machines. Other amenities available at these hotels are fax and copy services and same-day dry-cleaning service. Many locations also provide meeting rooms, an exercise room, a guest laundry and a business library.
At Fairfield Inns, the spacious guest rooms are furnished with one king, one queen, or two double beds that feature thicker mattresses and luxurious designer bedding. Generally, they provide a well-lit ergonomic work area, TV with free cable channels, two phones with free local calls and voice mail, data ports, and irons and ironing boards.
